10A NCAC 48 – Local Health Department Accreditation

The Commission for Public Health, following consultation with the Local Health Department Accreditation Board, is proposing to repeal 10A NCAC 48A .0101, .0102, .0201-.0205; 48B .0101-.0103, .0201-.0203, .0301-.0305, .0401, .0402, .0501-.0503, .0601, .0602, .0701-.0703, .0801-.0804, .0901-.0904, .1001, .1101, .1102, .1201-.1204, and .1301-.1308 and adopt 10A NCAC 48C .0101, .0102, .0201- .0205; 48D .0101, and .0201-.0211. These proposed rule actions are intended to update the measures used to assess local health department capacity and capability to provide public health services and more closely align those measures with current best practices.
