The proposed rules are being amended under temporary procedures in compliance with SL 2019-88, which directs the Commission for Public Health to adopt rules governing the construction and operation of artificial swimming lagoons by December 1, 2019.

A public hearing will be held on October 11, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the Cardinal Room, Building 3, located at 5605 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609.
