15A NCAC 18A .1511 – Sanitation of Local Confinement Facilities, Water Supply

Pursuant to G.S. 150B-21.3A, periodic review and expiration of existing rules, the Commission for Public Health is proposing to readopt rule 15A NCAC 18A .1511, regarding the sanitation of water supplies in local confinement facilities, with updates to clarify existing language and align with current practices. The proposed effective date of this readoption is October 1, 2023.
