15A NCAC 18A Section .2800 - Sanitation of Child Care Centers

Pursuant to G.S. 150B-21.3A, periodic review and expiration of existing rules, the Commission for Public Health is proposing to readopt rules 15A NCAC 18A .2801-.2804; .2806-.2810; .2812; .2814-.2827; .2829-.2836, regarding the administration and enforcement of sanitation standards in child care centers, with updates to clarify existing language and align with current practices. The proposed effective date of these rules is April 1, 2023.
