The North Carolina Commission for Public Health (CPH) is proposing to readopt rules 10A NCAC .0601, .0602, and .0608 and repeal through readoption rule 10A NCAC 41C .0304, in accordance with G.S. 150B-21.3A, Periodic Review and Expiration of Existing Rules. Rules 10A NCAC 41C .0601, .0602, and .0608 are proposed for readoption with substantive changes to update the rules to reflect current requirements and processes. Rule 10A NCAC 41C .0304 is no longer necessary and, therefore, is proposed for repeal through readoption. The proposed effective date of these rules is January 1, 2021.
