15A NCAC 18A .1724, .3101, .3105, .3107 and .3802 – Protection of Water Supplies, Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, Private Drinking Water Well Sampling

The North Carolina Commission for Public Health (CPH) ) is proposing to readopt Rules 15A NCAC 18A .1724, .3101, .3105, .3107 and .3802, in accordance with G.S. 150B-21.3A, Periodic Review and Expiration of Existing Rules. These Rules are proposed for readoption with substantive changes to update the rules to reflect current requirements and processes and clarify language. The proposed effective date of these rules is April 1, 2021.

A public hearing will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. In an abundance of caution and to address protective measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the public hearing will be held by teleconference.
