10A NCAC 41A .0101 Reportable Diseases and Conditions is proposed as a temporary rule to continue the requirement to report Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) and Chikungunya virus infection, which are emerging infectious diseases that have been reported in the United States.

A public hearing was held on September 10, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in the Cooper Memorial Health Building, located at 225 S. McDowell St. Raleigh, NC 27601.
